Is it better to freeze cooked or uncooked quiche? How easy is reheating/cooking? - reynolds fun shapes
I have the fun-shaped pans Reynolds and want to make quiche without crust Christmas morning. But the recipe was 8, and it is only my husband and I - I do not think that my 3 years old, he is touched. I can share the recipe because it calls for 5 eggs. Of course, if anyone knows a good way, by 2.5 eggs, let me know! Thank you for the advice.

Since raw Quiche is essentially raw eggs and raw milk is better for baking, then freezing it. I did this several times and works well. And yes, my husband had the same problem of egg-cut 2.5 with a batch of biscuits in the middle - maybe you could give half of it! Enjoy!
I would say that half of the recipe "fudge" a little bit and use 3 eggs. In a quiche, it would mean a little more volume, but remains "set", and a fine.
As for the 3 years you may be surprised! A delicious quiche with a piece of cheese is a favorite place of my niece!
Oh! Quiche baked and freeze well for you in a bowl in the freezer, so bare that, then wrap it for storage!
Best wishes!
Also, there are different sizes when buying eggs. Here in Ireland we have small, medium and large businesses. Just use two large eggs, which should give the same effect.
Oh, and freeze after cooking.
You need to freeze cooked. You can also use 3 eggs if you cut your recipe, not bad.
Use half the yolks. It is not really changed the recipe required.
If they do not freeze for several days, it would be best to freeze cooked and heated. The ingredients for the quiche could be resolved and is not a good cook. Especially when some sort of cookie dough, ready-made or homemade.
